How do I request access to the Open Data Platform (ODP)?

This page explains what you need to do in order to get an Open Data Platform (ODP) user account.

This will not provide access to all the CRN systems. You will need a different account to be able to access the CSP Module. For details on how to request a CSP Module User account go to: Gaining NHS Permissions page of the CRN website.

To access the Open Data Platform (ODP) you will need to submit a registration form using the link on the right of this page and:

  • Meet set eligibility criteria for network access (see right)
  • To accept and agree to the ODP conditions of use as defined on the form

All requests for an ODP user account will normally be processed within 5 working days.

Newly registered User accounts will receive a notification email with instructions on:

  • How to access the ODP and;
  • Where to find helpful ODP information.

Having trouble logging in?

If you experience difficulties logging in to ODP please go to the CRN System Support page.

If you have forgotten your password, you can request a password reset using the link below. A password reset will be sent to the email address used when you applied for an ODP User account.
